Creating laws - passing bills
1. You have been chosen by the local government to create a new law for your community or school. You are to research your new law and present it in a speech to be presented to the local government. It will then be passed through the chambers as a bill.
You should explain how your law:
- will make your community/school a better place
- will make your community/school a safe place
- will make your community/school a fun place
